97 ES Rear Sub Removal

off the top of my head
remove bottom rear seat cushion by pulling upwards.
the there will be (4) 14/17mm screws on the bottom holding on the rear back portion of the seat.
then remember to remove the third brake lamp
and becareful of the seatbelt straps
and remove the rear parcel shelf
then bam, you should have access to the sub.
