Here is the tel wire.
(you can check this wire with voltmeter by connecting positive terminal of the voltmeter to this wire and negative terminal of the voltmeter to the ground, you will find there is 12V and when you remove the Tel fuse in the engine fuse box there will be no voltage.)

Lastly for the switched power wire (orange wire from the TPMS receiver module), I just used a 15A access-a-fuse from http://www.accessafuse.com that I have from long time and connected the wire to the fuse and put it in place of power outlet fuse in the fuse panel.
(Note: in this pic I am also using the access-a-fuse for my fog light mod, so I soldered the orange wire to the green wire in the pic and connected them to the fuse)

Finally, Put the cowl side trim back to its place after making sure you have good wire connections, routed and fixed the wires in good place.
Follow the TPMS manual on how to first start the system and perform a diagnostic check, program wheel locations, set warnings, set display color, etc.

Excellent write-up on the TPMS install! I believe this is a first I've seen successfully installed on an ES300/330. I will definitely reference this thread in the ES DIY master thread stickied at the top
Once again, great job!
