Thanks for the offer but I got my heart set on the 07 or 08 GS350. I've fallen in love with it but can't do anything until I finish grad school.

The interior looks great and the outside isn't that bad. Can't wait to see it when it is done. Sometimes I wish I could make body repairs to vehicles. It would make life a whole lot easier.

JSM, why do you remove the air filter and cover the intake? Just curious.

Is it engine room protection if the Keystones spill?

To access the inner apron area to repair a slight buckle from the collision.

Hi JSM, congrats on the deal with this car. I have the same year in blue onyx pearl with the ash gray interior and bird's eye maple - I love the color combo. I am very curious to see what you are doing with this car, please keep posting pics on your progress! I wish you were closer to me so I could take a live peek.

^Real men don't drink beer. Real men drink Kool-Aid.

Is the missing headlight the same side as the headlight you said you had laying around?

Unfortunately no, I had the wrong side. But I was able to pick one up off Ebay for $250.

Those headlights don't get much cheaper than that. So what are you going to do with the extra one you have sitting around? Experiment?

After I get halfway financially stable, I might have a headlight project in the works. It's been done before but I think it might be a good addition to my car. Always got secret projects.
