Default 18" Wheel Fitment Questions

I am getting my 97 es300 on Saturday and i found some rims today that I want to buy. I just have some fitment questions as i am new to Lexus's.

245/45/18
5x114.3
18x8.5

thats all the information that the seller has. Can anyone tell if they will fit?

what are the offsets? 8.5 wide will fit depending of offset. tires might be a bit wide for an 8.5

tires are too big. the wheels should fit as long as the offet isn't too low. you'll have to research what offsets fit your car with that width on here to make sure. i'm sure some of these guys have 8.5 wide wheels.

yes, and depending on suspension application, stock struts or coilovers. but 8.5" width will work, its all a matter of the offset now.

whatever the stock is, if that matters.

stock offset is +45 and if that's what they are, then no they will not fit. the inner part of the rim will rub the strut. for 8.5 to fit w/o rubbing, i think offset has to be lower than 37 but don't take my word on it.
