I am the same Erfan... I dont like stripping the car apart in case i break it... but I was so fed up with one radio channel I just had to do something about it.. Classical music is not to my taste.
But i have to take it all back out again soon when i upgrade the whole system.. so there will definatly be shots taken when i do that... I might wait for the weather to warm up a bit before stripping everything out with numb fingers

So the only station that it would get was classical? Man, I love classical music, that is all i listen to:eek: I would have been happy with that station And the numb fingers are here too, it is cold here in dallas, so trying to clean my car in the morning and afternoon everyweek makes my hands all numb from about 20 minutes outside , I am waiting for 70degree weather.

Sometims if in the mood classical is ok... but i wanted a choice to suit my mood... Japanaese radio on goes from 800 to around 900 mhz on FM.. i needed the 900 to 1000 mhz to get the good channels... so i bought a band expander to broaden the range.. now i get the lot.. it has made me alot happier

you can buy systems now days the same size as a single DIN unit.. the Nav screen pops out and folds over.. looks neat...
it can be done easy as there is enough room. But be prepared to spend alot of money for the kit.

I have a feeling it is a CD... be sure to check as some are subscription.. especially the GPS Navs
something like below is quite nice.. fits in a normal Single DIN slot... But there is another piece which i beleive goes in your trunk which is the actuall NAV box

Wow, thanks Steve, Looks pretty, what model Alpine deck is that? Do you know how much they run? I probably wont use the Nav option if it is a hassle, but that LCD screen looks just posh
