Default Sun Visor

The driver's side sun visor on my 95 ES has started to drop about 3 inches from the roof when not in use. Drives me crazy. Soon it will be in my field of vision and I hit my head on it when I get into the car. Can't find an adjustment. How do I fix/tighten it so it stays up against the roof? Many thanks for any help!

If someone can come up with a free solution to this (like the cup holder solution) that would be sooo great. Its one of those things you don't want to spend $50 bucks to replace...but its SO annoying
I've tried taking it off, but it won't come off.

I removed my sunvisor once. The mirror was broken, so i had to replace it. First you have to remove the plastic tab and then you will find a screw. Show me pictures of how yours look like and if necessary i'll take some pictures and post it.

I removed the visor from the roof simply by gently prying off the plastic covering piece and removing the screws. I also had to unplug the lighted mirror connection, but that was simple. Once off the roof, however, I still couldn't figure out how to fix it so I'm waiting for the dealership to call me back.
