Ive got Denso Iridium and Vitek wires in mine so Id drop those in. The OEM wires are like spaghetti string so they had to go. But if your using the same thickness wires Use only OEM. And for plugs NGK or Denso.

NGK or Denso ONLY.
you have no reason to change the plug wires, i promise. if you do, expect to pay BIG money for OEM Denso wires, NGK wires, Vitek wirers or better.
Anything short of that will proably not last more than afew months.

Your stock wires don't move, and are not 12" long. They're not worn out... Plus, it's relatively alot of money to buy new ones of atleast OEM quality.
Just change the plugs. I preffer copper cored NGK's changed every 2-4 years at $1.50-$2 a plug.

It wont be killing you in the wallet to change wires. A set of Densos for your car is like $35 and if a wire breaks in the process your screwed anyway The vitek wires I got were around $130 but the thin *** spaghetti string wires had to be 86'd. It made my engine looked cheap even though they would outlast the car. My Denso Iridiums were like $12/ea i think so those were pretty expensive. And even though I probably wont get the mileage out of em im aiight w/ that. I dont know if your 1mz takes twin ground electrodes but my 92 does. It might have a sticker somewhere under the hood maybe. Maybe I dont know anything but if i were you id do plugs & wires at 60K.

No it doesn't. Where'd you get that from??? Your 3vz-fe uses single ground electrode plugs.
D:
14mm x 16mm
Platinum Tipped Electrode
Resistor
NGK:
14mm (5/8") JIS
Projected Insulator
Resistor type
19mm Reach
Platinum electrode
1.1mm (.044") gap
They are not multiple ground plugs. If they were, they'd be specified as
D:
A, B or D
NGK:
K, KC, KLB, T or Q
I advise skipping wires because it's a waste of money. They're not like the old-school plug wires. They're WS. The coils don't sit a foot away from the plug, there's nothing pull wear the wires out. Literally! They only time they'd be damaged, is if he damaged them by ripping the boots off the electrodes when he was changing the plugs.
Recommended spark plug:
ND PQ20R
NGK BCPR6EP–11

Do I order Denso PQ20Rs for 1992 ES300??? I searched for PQ20R and came up with several possibilites....
There seems to be PQ20R, PQ20R-11, PQ20R-8.... So do I just get the PQ20R with no -## after it???
