Default gauge needles for 93 ES300

All four needles in the instrument cluster (93 ES300) are now burned out. Can I just replace these needles? Is there a place which sells just the needles? Appreciate any help.

Your "Options" are somewhat limited....sorry, the temptation was too great

Brand new needles by themselves are rarer than hen's teeth (read: you won't find any).
You can buy a whole new OEM cluster (maybe) from Lexus for several hundred dollars. To have Lexus recalibrate your ODO is several more hundred dollars.
You can take your chances and buy a used cluster from somewhere like e-bay or an auto wrecker and hope the needles will last you (with no guarantees)...pretty risky since the needles seem to all die sooner or later.
You can do the DIY fix - there is a link to it in my signature
Or you can ship your cluster off somewhere for a few weeks and have them fix it for you for $$$.$$

I know a guy who took the needles out and painted and orange stripe down them. Didn't look as good as before but they were highly visible.
