Painted my badges++
So last night i was just looking at my car while having a smoke... didnt know what i should be doing to my car next, i thought about my tints and what would go with them because they are pretty much limos all around and figured hey my car would go good if it had some black accents and black rims with polished lip... so i got home and looked at the back and thought that all of my chrome trim around the windows needed to GO! so i took care of all of that with some weird thick black tape they sold at my nearest auto store and it looks great! next i peeled off all of my badges in the back and sanded them down to be more adhesive to the paint and i took care of those and just put them back on about 20 minutes ago, i gotta say it looks great also! next i gotta do my hood emblem later today, and hopefully within the next couple weeks i will make my choice on which black rims with polished lip and put in my order..
Unfortunately my camera was broken last weekend so i cant get any pix up until atleast tomorrow morning but i wanna see what you guys think about my idea and how it looks, or atleast how you think it will look.

See i thought about doing that and its not because im cheap but i actually LIKE the color that i made them, its kinda like the sportdesign colored emblems without the clearcoat on it so its kinda charcoalish yet flat and i saved myself say about $50+ 
The color name on the spray can is called BBQ Black... Made by Rustoleum so it is actually made for BBQ Grills

HAHAH i didnt think about that, and your right! Im just worried about how it will hold up against the high pressure toughless car washes i go through!? But hey i guess we'll find out pretty soon... I will definetly get some pictures up soon

I dunno but covering up all your chrome trim with "weird thick black tape" sounds not so great to me...but to each his own, I guess.

Wow....it looks better than I had imagined it would. Nice job!
But I gotta say I think I still prefer the chromed trim look more.
