1995 LEXUS SC 300 for $6200
I don't really care about the hood, fender, bumber, etc.. what I am worry about is the engine. They're selling me this car for $6,200 with 62K miles.
I can't see the car because it is in Miami.... please recommend.

Looks like it got up against the engine there a little.. seems too risky to me if you can't acutally go there and check out if the engine has been messed up or not... then again.. 2jz in there if it is..

no way i would buy a wrecked vehicle... could have a crease in roof and pillars... who knows what it drives like when fixed.. could end up like a crab.
Guess you would have to work out the the parts would cost against another second hand vehicle of the same age and spec.
From looking at the photo the dash and the ignition lock are now two seperate things...
and the last part is that would you be able to sell it later in the future? Pretty easy to spot a former wrecked vehicle.

It's the Bomb..
The car is a police seizure and is in perfect shape,i got it tuned up yesterday and got it all checked for low compression(odo tampering) and stuff.I plan on driving it around today to see how it drives on the highway.

Well its fun to have friends that work in police station and who are responsible for the car sales.I cant wait to start working on this car and to probably have one hell of a fast SC400.Only problem is that the car is half mine and half my friends so it might be hard to agree on who gets the car sometimes.
