ES clock went out. Can I????
Hi guys
Just curious can I use any generic Lexus clock to replace my 2000 es300 clock?
Or what are my options.
Thanks again for your help

Great news guys!
It was not the fuse. I took the plastic vent cover off by prying at the edges very gently.
I took the clock assembly apart and got to the real meat of the clock.
There are two little screws you should undo.
Under them are four little springs and in my case they were compressed too much. I simply stretched them out so when I put the screws back in there was pressure against it.
Put it all back together and it was working perfectly.
Lexus wanted $300 for a new clock. Instead I took 15 mins of my own time and resolved the problem for $0.
Hopefully I can help others with clock issues.
