Take a picture.
When the black plastic caps break off you get the convienance of using something around a 5/16ths socket & a wratchet. Which makes it WAY faster to adjust them LoL!
Atleast on the 92-96's.

i read somewhere on the forums that to clean the lens of the headlights...u need to stick the headlight into a oven to take them apart.....is this true or is there any other way to take the headlight apart.....

Unless you want to try to cut them apart.
Just throw them in there at 300-350*F for 10 minutes on a throw away cookie sheet to warm them initially. DO NOT let the headlight touch anything but the cookie sheet, or come near anything metal or it'll melt.
You'll get about one good minute before it begins cooling off. Cut whatever amount of glue out you can & pull them apart. Stick them in another 5-7min to re-warm. It takes several cycles the first few times.
Put the lenses in the dish washer, they'll come out spotless. Only handle them with paper towels from that point on.
