Default 92 ES300 idle rpm

Hello; new owner here.
What is "normal" idle rpm on initial cold start up and also once it reaches normal operating temperature?
If it isn't within proper ranges, is it adjustable in any way?

When its cold out, my car could idle anywhere from 1000-2000 rpm until it gets up to temp. Normal idle (after it gets up to temp) for my car is 700-800 rpm. Keep in mind that I have a 95' so yours might be slightly different

Thanks for the responses. I didn't realize the cold start had such a wide range. Mine runs at 1600 - 1650 rpm for the first 20 secs or so after a cold start and then drops down to 1250 rpm. It stays at the 1250 rpm for over 3 minutes and then drops to 1100 rpm for another minute or so and finally gets down to about 1000 rpm after 5 minutes from the initial start.
This is a start in an underground garage so air temperature is about 50 degrees.
My fully warm idle ranges between about 750 - 850 rpm.
It seemed a little high to me which is why I was asking if it is adjustable. I'm guessing that likely isn't possible, but, would appreciate knowing if either of you guys know for sure.

Nope, the VZ series as an non-adjustable idle controls. It's programmed into the ECU.
