Thanks for all the positive comments guys. I have started the other headlight and am almost done with it. I have to clear up the plastic lenses due to the fact that they are used and very pitted with some cloudiness. I might be able to install on the car on Monday ( my one day off of work) if the weather agrees. A bit chilly outside in Iowa. I will post more pics when they are installed.

Yes it is. I liked the way they look so that is why I chose to go with them. I had to grind down the inner ring that seats over the projector lens in order for it to sit right. Then used JB kwik weld to secure it in place.

did you wetsand the lenses? i did that to mine and it turned out really well. make sure you wear gloves. even at the very fine grits, i still sanded away my skin.

I did wetsand with 1500 grit, then used Meguiar's Plastx. They are very clean looking with no light on, but when lit up, I can still see small hazy scratches where the light projects thru. They are not crystal clear. I can't expect them to look perfect, right?

Any suggestions on this?

after the 1500 grit, finish it off with the 2000 grit. make sure you sand vertically, then horizontally. alternate a few times. avoid doing circular motions. i used 3m rubbing compound after the 2000 grit, then finished it off with the plastx polish.

i'll post up some pics after i wash my car this weekend.

I finished off the second light. Went out to the store and bought some 2000 grit sandpaper and wetsanded both lenses again. Then buffed them out with some 3M rubbing compound and finished up with PlastiX. I am satisfied with the outcome. They are not 100% brand new looking. I would say 90%. And that would equal an A-.
The picture is kinda like a before and after shot. One wetsanded and the other buffed out.
I have Monday off, so the install will happen then. (Fingers crossed)

i got rid of all the scratches but i couldn't get out the small cracks and pits. they look pretty good for 10 year old headlights though.

Night shot. Showed the foglights as a comparison look. A noticeable difference in color.

Car is sloped so that is why the light is at an angle. Only way I could get the wall shot on the side of the house.
