ok... when i press the on/off button for the cruise control the light lits up in the clusters, but when i try to SET it... it sarts blinking and it doesnt even set, does anyone know what the problem is? thanks

No, but the computer does.
Connect TC & E1 in the DLC2 diagnostic port under the dash. The cruise control will flash the trouble code. Look that up in a factory service manual, or post the code<s> up here & we'll tell you what the code means.

hmm... sorry but im a noob and i know i might sound dumb, but whats a TC and E1?

Two ports in the DLC2 diagnostic port. Connect them with something conductive. I.E. shove a paperclip, or a wire to them. That puts the cruise control ECU into diagnostic mode.

i also have one more problem... my fog lights; my fuses look fine... my relay looks fine, but still my fog lights wont work, the bulbs are new also...
