Default new used motor

Finnally got new motor from japan today 700+tax+freight canadian 50,000kms. any suggestion on any extras i should do while the engine is out besides replacing common seals, timing belt and clutch?

yeah do everything you plan on doing to it now because v6 fwd's are a pain to work on inside the engine bay

This is what you get for 700CDN dollers 50,000kms oil had a lot of sludge( don't think the do alot of mantinance over the because they just replace engines at 50-75,000 kms). if you notice on the intake there is no E.G.R. port on the plenum and you have to change the little snout off the one side of intake, also have to change rear exhaust manifold. are only differance i could see. runs good alot quieter then old engine.

man looks nice, I would definetely touch the headesr now if you planned on replacing them later

can you buy headers for this engine i was looking but didn't come up with any thing?

I'm not the guy to talk to, probably the only headers are custom.
