It reads 110k. I bought this 98 es300 last Oct. I don't know if the plugs have been changed before.

Cool

Looks good, minor carbon/ash buildup, but a tiny bit of emory cloth/sand paper/grizzly adam's beard would take care of that!
Go get some generic NGK's for $1-2 a pop, and see how they do.

I would put back exactly what was in there, a new set of the double-tip Denso deals...idk about NGK's in Toyota's

You can go with the newer es300 iridium plugs. They last 100k

Cool

idk about NGK's in Toyota's
Denso Platinum is the OEM installed plugs
NGK Generics are the installed dealer Toyota/Lexus replacement plug, unless you pay for iridiium <cough> waste <cough>
You can go with the newer es300 iridium plugs. They last 100k
Iridium plugs may last 80-100,000 miles, but they need to be taken out & cleaned long before that which poses the question. Why pay $11-16 a plug, when you could by a $1-2 plug that sparks just as well, yet simply gets tossed for a new plug @ the next tune-up - instead of taken out & cleaned...

Iridium = good for an FI'ed vehicle.

NGK > Denso Same thing, if not better, costs 25-33% less for the NGK equivilant.
