Dumb noob fuse question
How do you get to the fuses in the drivers kick panel? Im trying to check the trunk release fuse on my dads 99 ES300. Thanks in advance.

I believe you just open the auxiliary box and pull it up until it is out of its hinge. From there, you should be able to see the fuses behind the box. The trunk release fuse is #38 in the owner's manual (may not be actually printed on the fuse itself but refer to the manual book for location).
