'94 ES300 with a multitude of probs!
Okay, where do I start... first of all my digital odometer is out (the mechanic said) so I need a new one, or used... If anybody has knowledge of a higher mileage gauge cluster (120,000+) I will buy it!
Second, both the inside AND outside door handles wont open my drivers side door. At first I thought the little rod must be disconnected but they are two seperate systems. AND I tried using a slimjim and when I pushed and pulled on the rods inside the door it affected the handles.. I'm pretty sure the lock is working fine and I felt resistence like it was pulling but the catch wasn't releasing? I dunno man... if the catch is broken how do I open the door? Jaws of life? Chainsaw? I need help!

SEARCH!
Dash backlights, needles, and radio/climate control has been covered a thousand times.
Pay $200 a needle to lexus, or pay OLT about $200 to re-do the whole thing.
AFA the door, take the panel off and see what's going on.

I Did Search!!!
it's not the needles man... who said it was the needles?
My odometer went bad or something... can that company fix that? if so , then awesome...
and no it's not the little plastic clips that hold the push/pull rods onto the handle/latch. When I slimjim the rods I can feel them pull at the catch end... I also went up through the little light hole on the door panel and pulled directly on the door latch arm that the inside rod connects to to no avail. maybe its a lock prob? it seems like the lock is working though... anybody have a trick to getting the door open?
thanks...
