Cool

Looks good. Clean the wheel wells. 2 part Lexol on the seats.
I always suggest to look at the enigne for oil staining front & back. So you'll want to fix any of that. Simple green works well, Simple green + 2-4 oz of Acetone would clean the Exxon Valdez mess up.
Vacuum leaks/split hoses.

Run a little rubber safe dressing (NOT TIRE DRESSING OR ARMORALL-TYPE CRAP) on the vacuum hoses, the spark plug wires that show, timing belt cover & the air filter box. Wipe the engine bay up with a rag & remove all dressing so it doens't look oily, or smoke.

The ES looks very shiny, Tony, but unfortunate news to hear that she may be out of your hands soon. How many miles are on her?

For sure, not bad at all for a 9-yr old Lexus. I'm sure this will sell fairly quickly around your area, especially under excellent condition. Your local classifieds (including the Sunday paper) are your friend Good luck

I took a pressure washer to my wheel wells and to my under carriage one time, it did a pretty nice job. I used to low pressure jet head though because i didn't want to damage or dislocate anything. Nice pics!
