$23 blower motor fix.
My blower motor stopped working altogether on my '97. After searching the forum, the odds were that it was a bad blower motor. I lucked out and found a blower on Ebay for $23 delivered. Took about an hour to install. Problem solved. I figure I saved at least $200 over stealership costs!

Great job with finding a part replacement, and with the DIY fix. I agree it's an awesome feeling knowing you saved yourself some money, and that you did the entire job yourself 
and then worked again
