Default Will a 95 Head Unit replace a 93?

I have a 93 es300 that I bought and it has an aftermaket head unit in it. I want to replace it with the factory. Does anybody know if the 95 factory head unit will work in my 93?

Is there anything special I should know about installing the factory unit?

Thanks in advance,

Joel.

Make sure they didnt bypass the stock amp for the new head unit, which I did, since it was fried.

Thanks. Where is the factory amp at? I'm pretty sure mine was taken out, but I want to make sure it's not hidden somewhere. Can you get the factory head unit to work without an amp?
