Was a bit bored tonight, and decided to check out the latest ES's from cardomain.com. Found this modded '97 ES that's pretty unique all around. It's got a lot of mods we all desire like rims, body kit and audio/visual, and a couple items we may not consider like the Lexus custom hood emblem

The paint color is not my taste, but I do like the smoked look of the '00-'01 tails and the mesh grille and airdam. The front would be complete with a set of factory HID headlamps

overall the car looks GREAT... but like you said the hood emblem really sucks..

Needs to loose the mesh. It's way to boyracer-13. Ya know it was fine in the mid 90's when we were all doing it to our Nissans, but give me a break! That's so not meant to be on a Lexus! It's major leage played out at this point anyway.

Now I don't keep up with anyone, but I will say this is the first ES/Windom/Camry/Solara/Avalon I can recall rolling 20's+ that didn't look retarded. Like I said, no offense to anyone already rolling 20's that doesn't look retarded.

Not sure if I like the style tho. "Performence look" dubs? Na. Hey... As long as his/her member is engorged who cares right?

wow, looks pretty good... Pretty well-rounded car, but there are some things, as already mentioned, that are Some things are nice though, like the tails and the paint.

Pretty nice looking car! it just needs small changes to look a little less "ghetto". Get rid of the front Cadillac Lexus emblem and move back the "L" emblem that’s hanging on the side of the car.
Oh yeah, drop that sucker!!!

Yeah I noticed that too. The "L" emblem on the C-pillar. I kinda like it, It's different. Them tails are hott. The grill doesn't really go well with this car, and It def. needs a drop, but overall I like it. I'd hit it

You can tell West Coast Customs worked on this car. They always put overhead monitors in the car. I think the monitors should be in the headrests. In this car, in the position the monitor is in, the people in the back seat are so close to the monitor it'll smack *** in the face. Lose the L emblem and hood ornament and the car looks aiight. Unique color too.... Ballsy....real ballsy

i dont like a lot of things on the car... color is nice.. wheels arent my cup of tea.. and thats the ebay knockoff body kit, which, as you can see, doesnt line up well with the headlights/grille and probably had to be modified to fit that well

I think the poor overall execution is taking alot away from what could be a nice car, that kit just doesnt look quite "right" the wheels are the wrong spec (proabably the reason its not lowered), and all those emblems are annoying! LOL

Where is the pic of the AutoCouture ES when you need it LOL

I think it looks good. Just need to drop the emblems and maybe change the grill. I like the color but would prefer something else.
