I've been debating getting a set for my baby, but I'm a bit hesitant because I don't want anything that might cheapen the look of the car. I really want to see how they've all come out for other people.

the turn signals , I got them from superbrightleds.com and they were only 10 bucks for the set.....they are beautiful

I'm not hiding where I got it from. I mentioned it awhile ago in the thread where I first posted pictures of it.
It was won on Yahoo Japan auctions (http://auctions.yahoo.co.jp/) for about $600 USD by a CL member in Japan who was willing to be the middle man for me. After all the fees, shipping, etc. the total cost came out to about $1,200. Then I had to pay an extra $500 to paint it. yikes.
