the 94-96 have the fogs recessed in and are blocked by the out sides of the bumper. So unless he did something odd with a custom foglight mount(unlikely) it looks like a 97-2000 bumper

3rd, that is a 92-96 bumper. He just cut out the gills and made a custom mount for the foglights. I remember seeing a site he made outlining the steps he did to do it... but I didn't bookmark it. lol

actually no, but those are the wheels that inspired me to get the ones I have.......not those on that car but the AME in general. they actually look better in a staggered set up.
the wheel was called AME excellent, kinda of an old scool wheel now, but i like it.
mine are still a multi piece wheel, but it is a copy of that wheel. mine is MHT.
