Default front--rear brakes

I will be doing all the brakes around my 92 real soon. Is there much difference between the front and rear brake jobs. One person told me the rear is a whole different ball game but I would think that disc brakes are disc brakes. Can anyone give me help?

I don't think it's totally different for the front and rear brake jobs. Should be the same idea of removing the rotors, calipers and brake pads, etc. Check out the thread I did for an ES brake job here.
