alternator?
Hi everyone my name is Nicole, I am friends with badbtsz and I have a question so he let me use his account.. Anyways I have a 02 es300 and my alternator went and I am exploring some different options. A lexus dealership quoted me 557 and that was dealers cost. Retail was about 670. A rebuilt one would be fine and also would a Toyota one fit?

You can buy a rebuilt one from auto parts stores for a fraction of the price. I'm not 100% sure if the Camry's alternator will fit sine I'm only familiar with the 97-01 ES. But I wouldn't doubt it.
Also its hard to believe that the your alternator is defective already, since your car is fairly new. Have a mechanic check it out before buying an alternator, it could just be your battery.
