I need to change the original Michelin MXV4 P205/65R15 92V on my car after 40K. I want better performance/handling tires now. I called Michelin and the rep. told me that they don't have XGTH4/XGTV4 Pilot in 205/65R15 size but they have Pilot in 215/60R15 size. Has anybody done this before. If yes, please share your experience about handling, noise and mileage. I don't want to replace the stoch 6.0" wheels. I can also consider any other brand having better handling

Tires
For utra high performance 4 season tires, I recommend Yokohama AVS dB. (this is the tire I'm currently using) It's cheaper than most of other brand and also it performs very well in dry/wet conditions. It's pretty quiet too.
For touring 4 season tires I recommend Yokohama Avid H4. It's quiet and comfortable and performs rather well as long as you don't push it too hard.
Both tires I mentioned above come with 205 65 R15.

I've used Yokohama AVS Sport, Bridgestone RE730, Bridgestone S-02. Below are my feedbacks.
Yokohama: Best performance in dry road. Relatively high price. Great handling. Once again, nothing beats Yokohama AVS Sport in dry condition.
Bridgestone RE730: I consider it the best for the bucks. It's relatively inexpansive, couple hundreds dollars less and you still get above average performance. If you are concerned about the price, you can't go wrong with this set of tires. Also highly recommended by guys at Tirerack.
Bridgestone S-02: If you let me choose between Yokohama AVS Sport and Bridgestone S-02, I'd probably choose S-02. Why? Because it's the best at the overall performance, in both dry and wet road. Why am I using AVS Sport on my GS? Well.... I've heard how amazing AVS Sport is and would like to test it out myself. The new S-03 is coming out soon and will be the same price as S-02. Great news!
I hope this may help you a little when you choose your next tyres.
