My new wheels came in (+ teaser pics)
I've been keeping this news on the DL for a while (only my family and one friend know about this) These wheels arrived at my doorstep just 3 days after I placed my order (thank you FedEx for their wonderful shipping policy for domestic addresses). I already got tires for these guys but they're currently in my storage, so you'll have to wait after this weekend until these wheels get mounted onto my car.
In the meantime, here are the all-elusive "teaser" pics (obviously covered a couple exposed areas with my mags). Let the guesses begin!

And the winning guesser is...
NO ONE! (at least for this time, hehe)
The wheels are OEM Lexus ES300 from the '02-'04 model, in excellent condition. I was basically getting bored of my old 16's, not to mention that 3 of the 4 wheels are curbed or scratched-up along the lips (they came like that when I purchased the car last yr). Spotted the new wheels on Ebay for a really good price, and even got $50 off when I ordered them from the phone. Since they are the same size as my 16's, even though the width is 0.5" longer, they fit into my Toyos perfectly; I didn't need to purchase a new set of tires. Got them mounted and computer balanced at my local trustworthy tire shop, and walked and driven out a happy man. One guy told me he likes the new look of the rims and can't believe I got the factory wheels for so cheap versus aftermarket wheels purchased locally. It certainly pays to shop around online to find the right deal
Here are some quick shots I took of my new wheels. Hope you enjoy them as much as I am

wow Doug, who would have thought?
It looks great, how about a drop?
edit, oh yea.. those teaser pics are pretty misleading... why do the wheels look like they have painted spokes?
