Brembo Rotors are direct swap, Brembo Calpier Covers will cover your OEM calipers.

Is the 8in sub a direct swap for the factory one (factory one might be 10', not sure), and interested if so and maybe the rear rotors

Yes, the factory sub is in fact a 8 inch woofer.
