Stain on backseat.

Does not look like a stubborn stain. Get a shoe polish brush. Should have soft bristles because what ever you use you need to agitate the liquid. Some use Woolite with success with a 1 part Woolite to 5 parts water. Lexol which can be picked up at any auto parts store makes a good one. I use Zaino leather cleaner followed by their conditioner leather In a bottle. For the most stubborn stain Leather Master Car Interior Cleaner really works.

I would recommend Ultima Interior Shampoo Gel. I've used it on my leather seats to remove blue jean transfer, coffee, and other unknown sources of soil. It has worked every time.
As Fred has suggested, use a soft bristle brush or first just try a cotton towel to see if the stain can be moved. Use of a stiff brush will damage the finish of your seats. Always try the least aggressive/invasive chemical first and then move up to something else if it doesn't work. Good Luck.

Whatever leather cleaner you decide try a cloth. The stains do not look that stubborn. I would still get the brush. Just make sure the bristles are soft. The brush will be needed for future cleaning. I clean mine at least every four months. Takes five minutes. With the Zaino makes your leather sell new again.

Just remember that this seat is not leather, its NuLuxe (no perforations). I would not use any sort of leather conditioner on it.
The Lexol would be fine probably, but I wouldn't even use that personally.
Have you tried water? Looks to me like it would just wipe off with a damp cloth.

Does your car have Nuluxe or leather?
If it's Nuluxe, warm water with a tiny bit of gentle soap is enough to remove most stains. If it's leather, you should try a gentle leather conditioner first before using harsher chemicals.

For the Generation 6 ES, 2015 is the only year for which you can't quickly tell whether the seats are leather or NuLuxe.
For the 2013 and 2014 model years, the leather (both standard and semi-aniline) came with perforated seating surfaces, and the NuLuxe did not have the perforations. For the 2016 and 2017 model years, both the leather and NuLuxe seats have perforations, but the leather seats have the more elaborate stitching that came with the 2016 re-fresh, and the NuLuxe seats have the older style, simpler stitching. Thus, the 2015 ES is the only model year where both the leather and NuLuxe seats have a similar appearance with the simpler perforated seating surfaces.

But can you get leather with no perforations at all?
