I got 2015 es300h, and I love it. But the door switch panels and the rear panel of the center console of 2016 es300h look significantly better than 2015's to me.
Can I replace them(2015) with the new ones(2016)? The shape looks very similar, but I don't know if they are interchangeable.
Actually, nobody around me has tried it before. I asked the lexus official mechanic, but even he didn't know if it's possilbe.
Of course, those parts numbers are different :
74240-33100 C0 (2015 switch bezel(panel)) Vs. 74240-33130 C0 (2016 switch bezel(panel))
58921-33150 C0 (2015 REAR PANEL) Vs. 58919-33080 E3(2016 wood panel), 58919-30080(metal trim)
I know that kind of customization tends to hurt resale value. But if it is not too pricey, I'd like to try it.
Is there anybody who can help me with this or has information about this? ): Thanks.

For the window switches I'm 99% sure you can do it as if looks the same you just pry with a flathead or a tool and remove the connectors. As for the back ac piece the 2016 doesn't have the wood, only the overseas models have it as I have a fully loaded 16 and I don't have it. But now I would also like to do this mod for the ac vent.
