It's in the manual. And like Brent said - hyperflashing. I just received LEDs today and forget it might need resistors. Nearly got a seize from the hyperflashing

You don't need resistors. I have LED taillights w/o resistors. I never changed the front but have had the rears for 4 years...

Get any resistors. Cause for Lexus when you put a resistor on one side for ex I put it in the back. You don't need for the opposite side

Did you screw them down to the body? I was thinking about just taping the resistor with foil tape (that can withstand 250 degrees f).

First I wrapped them with electrical tape that can with stand a temperature up to 221 degrees. Like completely nothing is exposed. Then I put double sided 3m and attached them to only bare medal next to the bulbs.

Do you recall which ones you bought that did not require resistors? Did you replace with Ambers or did you go Clear?

The LED's I bought and installed are listed in a link above from a previous post. I took photos and indicated the type of LED installed. Took me about one hour to install with NO modifications to the car and NO resistors necessary. I left the amber lens in place. the sockets were $29.99 a pair and the decoders were $12.99 a pair from JDMTOY.com. Work perfectly for the last 4 years...
