Default Es350 instrument Cluster removal?

hi guys,
just purchased a 2014 es350. My instrument cluster has light scratches on the plastic screen and it really bugs me while I'm driving. Tried cleaning it by hand but no luck. Thinking about removing the cluster and polishing it with my buffer and plastic scratch removal. Anybody have any idea on how to remove the cluster?
thanks!

Welcome and congratulations - I understand your concern with the scratches but I would be very concerned about removing the whole assembly and trying to polish them out. I haven't had good luck with such endeavors. And I would just guess buying the cover as a separate part is not possible.

I had previously removed mine after a month or so of owning the car, the speaker behind the cluster was driving me crazy I thought it was to loud whenever you had the blinkers on or if driving a short distance without a seat belt.
Removal of the cluster as I remember was not to difficult you will have to remove two screws holding the black cover over the cluster when you have it lose there will be a leather finish that you will have to unclip for the black cover to completely be removed.
After you have the cover out I believe there is 4 screws holding the instrument cluster in place remove the screws and there will be two connectors for the instrument cluster.
As your are doing this you will have to find the best position for the steering wheel to facilitate removal.
Word of advice be careful removing the component its easy to make more scratches than it already has.
Mine has some light markings that I attempted to remove but was unable seemed like it would buff out but it did not.
