Default strong jerk when shift from N to R

My 2015 ES had 20000 miles, when I shift from N to R with my foot on the brake, I feel strong jerk/clunk/ from the transmission. It feels like someone push the car in the back. It won't happen either R to D or D to R. It also doesn't happen if I quickly shift P to D.

anybody could test it for me if your car also jerk likes mine.

thanks

My 2016 doesn't. When did you notice this symptom? What other conditions are going on (elevated RPM, engine cold, etc...)

Sounds like a torque mount. Typically don't see those fail at 20K miles.

Curious to see solution.

I noticed it few days ago. There are NO specific conditions. RPM is normal, when shift form R to N, the RPM is about 750 - 800, little bit higher than R. It happens at either cold or hot engine. I will take it in to dealer next week. But I guess they will told me it was totally normal. I am going to try another cars in their parking lot to see if others have some problem.
