Tires
What are the best tires for ride and quiet for a 2013 ES350? I currently have 225/45 R18 wheels with factory Bridgestone Turanza tires which are not very good.

Pole Position
The Pirelli P7 Plus is rated #1. The Michelin Premier also gets great reviews but does not seem like it comes in the 18 inch.
