First...those that have an ES 350(Mine is a 2016) do u use body side moldings.and all weather mats?..If so.. Have u used this site or is there one better?..http://factorylexusparts.com/es-body...gs/........How are the moldings attached to the car? Thanks....

I purchased the moldings from a Texas Lexus dealer online for $99.00 including shipping. That was 3 years ago. They also sent me detailed instructions and I installed them myself.
Some of the members don't like the side moldings but I think it makes the car. Exact measurements are critical and the best way is to have a helper when you're ready to actually apply them to the metal of the car. Once on, they don't come off... The all-weather mats I also bought online for $99.00 from a Lexus dealer. There are bargains to be had but you have to search around.

Thanks.. Do u know or can u tell me how var up from...I guess the ground... the moldings are placed? I assume they are measured up from some point..

I have the moldings for my 2013 and I much prefer the look - without them the car looks slab-sided like a mid 2000's style Avalon to me. I also like the protection from door dings. I have to park in close quarters sometimes and the moldings have gotten a couple of paint scrape transfers in the past month already. Much prefer that to the sheet metal getting dinged or scraped.

Agree completely. Used a local body shop that I have done business with in the past. They had to get the moldings directly from Lexus, their parts supplier had no independent listing of the part. Total bill ended up being $280.00. Not cheap but I am a satisfied customer knowing that the job was done correctly and quickly.

I did finally go ahead and order them online.. Think it was $134.00..I can do it myself.. I have instructions on the measurements etc.. I think it looks better too..

Two years ago I installed the side moldings myself on my '14 ES. Ordered from an on-line dealer and they came with instructions. I used a special cleaning pad (forgot the brand) to remove any dirt/wax before applying the moldings. Some DIYers just use alcohol.

I purchased the black Weathertech floor mats (not the liners) for my ES. I like the look and they fit perfectly.

I ordered the mats as well. Was hesitant only because of the color. I have a parchment interior with chocolate brown being the carpet as well as dash color. but The "beige" color I HOPE will look ok with the parchment color..

I'm happy with my bodyside molding and the Lexus all season black mats. I also have the parchment interior.

I have instructions from a link someone on here gave me and then i saw today a you tube of instructions on an ES350.. and they differ by 2 inches on height from bottom of the door. One is 11-ish up while the you tube is 9-ish up...

I used the official Lexus instructions. The moldings are perfect and look perfect. I wouldn't go by youtube, no way...

They are well written and illustrated and easy to follow.

I am to receive the moldings Monday//I think ill wash the car Monday..then install them Tuesday AM when its cooler...
