Whether it is a 2017 or a 2016 , the car is beautiful. I like the flaxen interior with the black exterior. Living in Dubai one would think there would be a preference for a little lighter colored car

Interesting to note that the tailpipes on the rear are different (not visible). Yes, it is a beautiful car.
Having bought my first Lexus ever last year (2013 ES) I am really liking the car, coming from the Cadillac CTS, going into the Lexus dealership here in Atlanta (Hennessy Lexus) was an awesome experience!

So, is this 2017 or 2016? Very confusing.

still have a lease on a Cadillac I have to finish and then, hopefully, will buy a Lexus. Still going back and forth between the ES and the RX. Comfort is a priority for me. I like the roominess in the back seat of the ES but like the functionality of the RX.

U will love it man... this was really very surprising in every aspect... I don't like the RX much shape and all.. ES for me is very classy

The rear facia is for a ES-300H which is odd since the car is not a hybrid. As for the reving of the engine I have no explanation.

Rumors are that the 2017 wont be much different at all from the 2016. Actually, right now, until the 2017s hit the lots, there are some great deals on the 2016s..... to me that is the way to go. But I am like you - undecided between an ES vs the RX......

Bostondude, you gotta trade the snowboard for a surfboard

I find the RX to have a choppy ride, especially with big rims. It also has less back seat room compared to the ES. If you don't need the ground clearance or AWD, I'd go for the ES.
