Hi everyone,
I have a 2016 ES 350 with less than a 1,000 miles on it. When I set the audio (Bass, treble, mid) to the desired level and select ok. It will remain that way until I turn the car off. When I turn the car back on, the setting have reset back to the default. This happens on radio stations or satellite. What could be causing this problem? I hope that I posted this in the correct area of this forum.

Are you switching between sources? Each source (FM, AM, Sat, USB, Aux, Apps) has different audio settings that you can set.

Yes. Thanks. I had some work done on my car and all of the audio settings had been removed.
