Like the headline states: I am looking to change the Home button to another function. I just went from the 2013 ES350 to a 2016 ES350. I went through the menu but cannot seem to find a way to do this. Can this be done? The 2013 had it as a MAP function which is what i want. Now while driving I have to hit "menu" grab the mouse,find "navigation" and click. 3 steps just to get the map back up. It's annoying!

When you are at the home page, click on Options and it will be there. You will be able to set the map as the home page. When I go out tonight, I will check to make sure what I just wrote is correct.

In the upper corner of the 1/2 screen section is a small menu tab.
Touch it and see four (4) of five (5) possible screens to display.
At the bottom it allows for changing the layout. Choose the single
panel and then choose Nav. Good to go. When you want the
weather channel just press the "talk" button on the steering wheel
and say "show forecast" or "show weather" and it will pop up. When
you need the Radio hit the Radio hard key on the dash. When you
want the phone book tap the "off hook" button on the left wheel spoke.
If you have an iPhone press the "off hook" longer until Siri trills and
then command her, call..., text...find...

I find the same thing with my 2016 ES and have not had success in changing it without a couple of extra steps.

When in the split mode, you can also just click on the navigation pane and it will make it full screen.
