Default Takata Airbag Recall

We're getting phone messages, supposedly from Toyota, telling us we need to call regarding the Takata Airbag Recall. I keep checking the various recall lists on line (e.g., http://www.safercar.gov/rs/takata/takatalist.html) and can only find one Lexus, the SC, that appears to have a Takata airbag.

Is this some sort of phishing event? We haven't called them back. Has anybody else received a call such as this?

Does anyone have any further info about the air bags in current version ES 350s?

What was the phone number? I would google the phone number and check the number on 800notes.com

I don't believe there is any recall in place on our cars and a phone call like you are getting would not be an acceptable first notification anyway so I would disregard the call and of course not call back. It is not unlike the calls and mails advising that your "36,000 mile" warranty is about to expire and you must call right away. Actually I got such a notice not too long ago relating to a 2002 model I may have once owned.

Hey, just saw that Takata will be forced to recall air bags on another 40+ millions cars.

Are we in for a disappointing discovery?

Whew, but it is starting to get kind of close:

From https://lexusenthusiast.com/2016/05/...all-expansion/

Three Lexus models have been added to the Takata airbag inflator recall — the 2007–2011 ES 350, 2010–2011 GX 460, and 2006–2011 IS join the 2008-2010 SC 430 as Lexus vehicles that may be equipped with a faulty front-passenger airbag:
