Angry No remote start////what a bummer

Just bought a es 350 and absolutely LOVE IT,. My one and only gripe is for the amount of money I shelled out I think Lexus could have included a remote start with the key fob and not charge a fee every month for enform to allow the remote to work. Come on Lexus bring back the old system and make me HAPPY....PS Did I say I LOVE the car. Thanks for letting me vent:

I have the old system and it's pretty much useless. Search the forum and you'll see I'm not alone.

Congrats on the new ES, though!

Welcome, and congrats on your new ES350! I do understand your feelings as I just bought a fully-loaded, new-to-me 2014 GS450h that has every possible option known to man and Lexus except for a power trunk. I don't know why someone would order every single option available on that car, bringing the MSRP to $75K+, and leave off the $400 power trunk. So I totally get what you are saying! haha (I can open my own trunk and it's no big deal, but it's the principle of the thing!)

Enjoy that new car!

GX, I feel the same way. Its only a matter of time before one of your jealous friends say..OH you dont have the power trunk? I get comments like that all the time. I owned a 535 bmw a couple years back and when my friends seen the car they said Why didnt you get the 7 series ? AHHHH because i didnt have 85,000 maybe
