Doesn't seem like a great deal, I sold a blue one just like it, CPO'd with 13K or so for right around $32K, and also just sold a Fire Agate 2013 UL for $31,750 but it had 6K miles.

$34K... 20K miles... even in California that's probably $2K too much IMO.

I'm happy with the deal...2014 ES 350 UL with 7K(?) miles and they swapped out crappy Bridgestone tires for new Michelin's on the 18" rims. Also got the side molding...looks nice, runs great!

I just paid $27,700 for a 2013 ES with only 17,300 miles. March 2016. It was a lease.
Almost all options except nav. I love it. My third Lexus, 7th Toyota.

Congrats, but without nav, I doubt it has most options.

No navigation and that's why the price was so low. Non-NAV cars have poor resale value.

As comparison, I just purchased a '14 ES 350 loaded with 28k mikes on it for $25k. I purchased it via eBay and it needed a little TLC, but like new when I got done with it. It was not "Certified pre owned", but still had the warranty and was able to get the maintenance records via Lexus.com. Despite being a perfectionist I have no regrets.
