Help: brake light $350
My brake light burned out. It's a led light. Lexus says the entire lens bracket needs to be replaced. So you can't replace just the bulb. First, it seems odd that the LED light burned out on a 2013 car. Aren't they supposed to last quite a while. Second, bulbs wouldn't be covered under warranty. So am I just SOL?

First, I think that the bulb should be covered under the warranty. Second, I'm not sure what you mean by the lens bracket. Shortly after buying my car in 2013 I changed out the "regular" non-led tail, brake, and (rear) turn signal lights to LED's. I spent about $40.00 for the LED's and wiring harness and never looked back.
I think you're right that it shouldn't have burned out at this point and you're also right that it should be covered under warranty.

I can't tell you whether bulbs are covered under the current Lexus warranty, but, in recent years, the nature of "dead bulbs" and light issues has changed. It used to be that replacing a bulb was likely to be as simple as pulling the bad bulb and replacing it with a new one. The cost was likely to be, at most, a couple of dollars, and doing the replacement was likely to take no more than a couple of minutes. If bulbs were not covered by the warranty, it was not a big issue. Now, with HID lighting, LED lighting, etc., bulbs can be a part of a larger lighting system, and repairs can cost hundreds of dollars. With that in mind, it would seem that it would now be reasonable to expect that such repairs would be covered by a true bumper-to-bumper warranty.

Well I've contacted 3 Lexus dealerships. And the entire lens/assembly (or whatever it is) needs to be replaced when the LED burns out. And its between $310-350. I am confused as to who at Lexus thought it was idea to make this decision regarding the lights rather than have a simple construction where you can change just that specific light bulb. Fortunately, I'm still under warranty and I think its covered. But its frustrating to think that every time this light burns out, it will cost $350

I think the OP may be looking for the tail light assembly not the high mount brake light. I believe the brake lights inside the tail light assembly are also LED and non-replaceable. LED lamps do have a long life expectancy but they can fail for other reasons like bad solder joints and circuit boards. The extra complexity offsets the long bulb life.

Bulbs/LED are covered under warranty. My mom's ES350 had a fog light that burned out around 4K miles...they replaced it, no questions asked. Like her car, I bet your car had a bad part.
