+1 Mike - lol.

Dang Pirelli, you move through cars quick!! You're probably the only one on here that has moved across the Lexus lineup this quickly. I guess you're a good resource to turn to if anyone has questions on comparing the vastly different vehicles, haha.

The reason i got did it was not due to the hybrid drive at all, i actually really enjoyed the electric drive and will miss it, the only aspect that bothered me ( and i tried to deal with it ) was the suspension. I had the 17s and it was still a little too rough for me as low speeds around town. I was thinking about messing around with the shocks, struts but i didn't want to go that deep into modification. The ES rides great on the highway though.

^^ Right on.. OR if you want to stay within the Lexus family... GS450h F-Sport! I honestly think that will satisfy everything you're after. It's such a good compromise.. but with a price tag of course.. the best car for sportiness vs economy vs reliability.. until you move way up (more than double the cost) for the Tesla P90D.

Hope the RC lasts longer with you.. somehow I doubt that haha. Just change your name to Pirelli?? to make it easier on Dave! lol!

I made the same move, from an ES300h to the RC350 F-Sport. The RC is no doubt more fun overall, but I really miss the mpg, the use of RUG, and range with a tank-full of gas with the hybrid. (I knew I would.). I will enjoy the RC through it's 24 mos. lease though, especially now that the price of gas is low.

Yes sir, im your go to guy for questions about the GS, ES and now the RC. Ill tell you all the pro and cons. You know i love the GS h but if it was just a bit more reasonably priced i would be a buyer. Its about 10k too high for me. And i have not seen it at any dealer in L.A. Nor have i seen one on the street. Its almost as rare as a E 63 wagon.
