Default Mileage on lease agreement

Where on the lease agreement does it show how many miles are included in the lease?
Thanks in advance.

There should be an item under disclosures labeled excess wear and use. It will tell you the total mileage included in your lease and the amount charged for excess. Lexus usually is 25 cents.

May I ask why you would think that?
Everything I have read so far on the Internet is leaning towards unlimited miles.
The N/A means not applicable. Which means the overage of mileage does not apply because there is no number to go over.

Why did you say 12k/year in this post, if you didn't know?

I don't know a lot about leases, but I'm not sure that I recall having seen an unlimited miles lease, and, if there is an unlimited miles lease available, I would imagine that the payments on such a lease would be especially high.

Time to post the contract you are looking at. Block out your name and the vin, or fold the top over, and post it up here so we can see what you are talking about. Maybe you are missing something. Also read the back there may be an explanation.

This is what I was speaking of. I know it's Toyota but it talks about the N/A.

That's what I thought it was but my husband said it was more.. I pulled my contract to see and it says N/A where the amount of mileage of the lease would be.

What does it say for excess mileage charge? 0.00 cents per mile? Sounds like a score!

I have read my lease word for word both front and back.. The only place they talk about the mileage is line 10 where mine says N/A.

Line 10 says ths...
Excessive wear and use. You may be charged for excessive wear based on our standards for normal use and for mileage in excess of N/A miles over the odometer mileage disclosed above at the rate of $0.25 per mile.

The problem is the mileage disclosed above is N/A.
