Hello folks. So I've been thinking about buying a few 2016 lexus ES parts (when they become available) and installing them into my 2013 ES. Such as :

16' Tail Lights
16' Exhaust Tip
16' Gear shift **** with boot
Question is, will they fit in my 2013? And is the diffuser removable, so I can try to install a 2016 diffuser to go with the exhaust tip? Is this possible?

They should fit since 2013+ ES model years are compatible.

I wish that I could replace the black plastic around the gear shifter with the matching bamboo pearl as in the rest of the car. The 2016's do but the part will not fit my 2014.

Agreed. Even the after market suppliers don't carry matching bamboo trim for the 300h.

Parts are available at your local Lexus dealer. However grab a the VIN on a of a 2016 or else they'll try to convince you the part won't fit. I have 15+ LED fog lights on my 13. You can also try eBay
