Lexi fans, I have a new 2015 SWB with ML. It seems that the bass is muddy and boomy. The highs and mids are excellent. I found that the DSP setting was ON so I turned it off and the problem seems to have gone away. Can this be possible? What is the purpose of the DSP and could it cause the poor bass performance? Thanks

I noticed that back when I first got mine in 2013. If I remember, it simulates surround sound, which is just a gimmick. When you play something like a DVD-A, or just a DD track encoded in 5.1, it still plays surround with it off.
