^^ I would assume it would be no different than the NX and IS placement. There is a fixed location for the dealer to install the plates.

This might help.

And this one 2016 ES300h

That's actually my thought too; the front plate actually makes it look better. I thought I would like the new grille, but after seeing the first pic in this thread, now I'm not so sure. I agree with the 'overwhelming' sentiment.

I could be imagining it, but the license plate bracket in the pictures looks to be much wider than a normal license plate bracket.
It almost seems like if someone has realized that they messed up in making the grille the way they did and they figured that, if they put an over-sized license plate bracket on it, it would break up the hideous grille and make it less obvious how ugly it looks.

Does not look like a US spec frame. Maybe Euro???

I believe those photos are from the Singapore reveal. Assume it's an Asian market ES.

I think it just blends in better with the lighter exterior color. It doesn't look that bad to me but if I do have any interest in a 2016+ I would need to see the car in person to make a decision. Pictures don't tell the whole story. The good news is that the 2016 models give you better options on accesories and packages.

Congrats! The '16 ES is the first year of this generation I find palatable because the grill detracts from the gaping strip between the hood and grill. Not only that but the interior refinements further alleviate many of my gripes with cheap plastics. Steering wheel, shifter area, door panels, window switch bezels and seat stitching

First, I find it hard to understand how the 2016 ES could be "more spacious" because, unless I'm mistaken, the interior dimensions of the 2016 are the same as those for the 2013-2015 ES.
Then, if you had said that the 2016 ES was "somewhat quieter" or that it was "a bit quieter", that would be believable. Saying that it is "ten times" quieter" is, I would guess, at best, a gross exaggeration.
Also, I question the appropriateness of you even starting this thread. It comes across to me as an ethically questionable and blatant attempt on your part to sell some cars.
The last thing that this board needs is to have it cluttered with threads started by dealers or sales people that are nothing more than attempts to get people to come to them to buy their cars.
