I don't know much about leases, but you should add your mileage allowance.

Default Update: Mileage is 12K a year

Mike, you're right of course. The mileage is 12K miles per year.

Thanks,

At $404 a month with $2,704 needed upfront seems like a really good deal. If it has nav, blind spot monitoring and park assist, it is a great deal? After 25 years of Acura's, I just bought a 2013 ES300h and love it. I never thought that I would not miss my 2010 RL.

Get the car! You'll love it.
Lease is not the greatest, I would negotiate.....
In the end of you decide to buy the car, here is your purchase
I always look at a lease in the way of a rent to own.
The deal, 403.71 x 36 = 14,533.56 + 2,704.34 = 17,237.90 + 28,425.61 = 45,663.51
Thats under 6% off msrp if I were to buy.
With the 16's coming I think you might be able to do a little better.
Just my opinion. In the end, if your happy, that is what counts. You love the car.
Make sure it has Michilens on it. Have them agree to swap tires prior to signing if it doesn't. You can search why you want Michilens.

My error, the upfront moneys are $2300 as opposed to $2704. No 1st month's payment is part of the deal. So it's $44,863 instead of $45,663. Make a significant difference?

A little less then 8%. Again, it's what you want to pay for the car. I would do 8% if I could not get it closer to 9%.

Seems like quite a good deal. You'll be happy if you have them throw in window tint or something else as frosting on the cake.
